Common questions

Everything you need to know before you swap:

No. This pair pays out USDT on Tron only, and those tokens can't be sent to an address on another network. If you need a different chain, choose the matching pair instead, such as XMR to USDC (Solana) or XMR to DAI (ERC-20).

Not to receive it. A brand-new Tron address can accept the payout. Sending USDT later is a different matter, because Tron charges for the transaction in TRX, so keep a small TRX balance for when you want to move the funds.

Tron charges for the computing resources a transfer uses, paid in TRX unless you've staked for energy. Sending to an address that has never held USDT costs more than sending to one that already has a balance, which is why the fee isn't the same every time.

You can, as long as you pick TRC-20 as the deposit network there. Remember that the account itself will be linked to your identity, so if you swapped to avoid that, a self-custodial wallet is the better destination.

Usually 5 to 15 minutes, nearly all of it waiting for Monero confirmations. The Tron payout itself takes seconds. If the order page shows the payout as sent and nothing has arrived, message Fswap support on Telegram with your exchange ID.

On a fixed rate, a deposit that doesn't match the order, or that arrives after the window closes, can be recalculated at the current market rate. Sending the exact amount in one transaction keeps the rate you locked in.
