Common questions

Everything you need to know before you swap:

The swap itself usually takes 5 to 15 minutes, most of it spent on Monero confirmations. After the payout goes out, Bitcoin needs time too: blocks come about every 10 minutes, so the BTC can show as pending in your wallet before its first confirmation.

Monero won't let you spend incoming funds until 10 blocks have passed, roughly 20 minutes. That includes change your wallet sent back to itself after your last payment. Wait for the unlocked balance to update, or swap a smaller amount.

Not to a Lightning invoice, since this pair pays out on the Bitcoin blockchain. Some Lightning wallets also give you a regular on-chain address, and that type of address will work.

Nothing on the Bitcoin blockchain points back to your Monero wallet, because Monero doesn't publish senders or amounts. What you do with the BTC afterwards is public, though, so receive it at a new address and avoid mixing it with coins that are tied to your identity.

First check the order page, which shows whether the Monero deposit has collected its confirmations and whether the payout has been sent. If it has and nothing appears in your wallet, message Fswap support on Telegram with your exchange ID.

Yes, the BTC to XMR page handles the reverse direction. If you'd rather hold a stablecoin than Bitcoin, the XMR to USDT (TRC-20) pair is another option.
