Every transaction on TON pays its network fee in Toncoin, including USDT transfers. Keep a small TON balance in the same wallet, otherwise the transfer can't be sent.
Not to this pair. It only accepts USDT issued on TON, and a transfer over another network won't reach the deposit address. If your USDT is on Tron, use the USDT (TRC-20) to BTC page. Also make sure you're sending USDT itself, not jUSDT, the older bridged version on TON, which is a different token.
