AML/KYC

We do everything in our power to maintain our reputation as an exchange service that is safe to use. Therefore, the Platform reserves the right to apply the KYC/AML procedure to certain, selected clients, wallet addresses and selected assets.

The platform does not support money laundering or other illegal activities; therefore, the service does not enter into any business agreements with individuals or entities involved or suspected of engaging in such activities.

You acknowledge and agree that any refund may cause operating costs for the allocated resources required for resolving user issues arising from misuse of our services. Fswap shall be entitled to recover its operating costs for the services while executing any refund. In this case crypto assets will be refunded to the user, subtracting operating costs and network fees, only with a prior user’s consent.
