Terms of Use

The services provided by Fswap (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) include, among other things, the website fswap.io, its technical platform, API interfaces, integrations, as well as related applications and products. Fswap is a digital platform that enables automatic exchange of digital assets between users. We do not act as a party (counterparty) to transactions and we do not store users’ funds. Fswap does not provide financial or custodial services as part of any licensed financial activity.

1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.
1.2. Fswap reserves the right, at its own decision, to modify, update, or supplement these Terms. The current version is always available on the website.

2. Right to Use and Basic Rules

2.1. By using Fswap services, you confirm that:
2.1.1. You are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
2.1.2. You use Fswap voluntarily, by your own choice, and at your own risk.
2.1.3. You are the actual owner of the digital assets and all addresses involved in the transaction. The Platform is intended only for personal use.
2.2. Fswap uses an automated risk management system to verify all transactions. We may temporarily suspend the execution of an exchange if the operation requires additional verification.
2.3. Fswap reserves the right, when necessary, to carry out exchange operations through verified third-party liquidity providers to ensure correct and secure transaction execution.
2.4. You agree to the transaction fee established by Fswap, which may be periodically reviewed and changed.
2.5. You are solely responsible for paying any taxes that may arise as a result of using the service.
2.6. Addresses and assets involved in transactions must not be associated with terrorism, fraud, darknet activities, or any other illegal actions.
2.7. There are risks associated with internet connectivity, hardware or software failures, as well as potential service disruptions.
2.8. The user is fully responsible for the legality of the origin and purpose of digital assets. Fswap does not verify the source of funds except in cases provided by internal procedures and applicable law.
2.9. Fswap does not provide custodial services: users’ digital assets are not stored on the Platform.
